There will be multiple rounds of technical discussions and demo classes to evaluate technical, interpersonal skills.
Instructors should always show apathy towards learners. Should not use any offensive language and should always be dressed decently.
Once all interviews are done, actual assignment of courses will be done. There will be periodic evaluation.
